Our Packing and Unpacking Process
1. Initial Assessment and Preparation
It all starts with a personalized assessment of the type and volume of items to be packed.
We determine which materials and methods are most suitable for each type of belonging, including furniture, appliances, fragile items, works of art, documents, and more.
Based on this analysis, we develop a structured and efficient packing plan, ensuring order and safety (we have extensive experience in packing and unpacking).
2. Supply of Professional Materials
At EC MOVE, we use quality materials, such as:
- Reinforced boxes of different sizes.
- Bubble wrap and protective paper.
- Blankets and covers for furniture.
- Security tape and identification labels.
- Antistatic material for electronic equipment.
All materials are designed to protect against shocks, moisture, and friction during transport.
3. Sorting and Labeling
We carefully classify each item by type, fragility, and room of origin.
We then apply a detailed labeling system, which facilitates inventory control and allows for quick and organized unpacking at the new destination.
4. Professional Packing
Our staff packs each item using specialized techniques:

5. Transportation and Monitoring
During transport, packed items are strategically organized inside the vehicle to prevent movement or undue pressure.

6. Unpacking and Arranging in the New Space
Once at the destination, we carry out the complete unpacking, taking care of every detail:
- We carefully remove the protective materials.
- We place each item in the corresponding room or area.
- We reassemble any furniture that was disassembled during the packing process.
In addition, we take care of removing any leftover materials, leaving your new space clean, organized, and ready to move into.
7. Final Inspection and Confirmation
Before completing the service, we carry out a joint check to confirm that all items are in good condition and correctly located.
