Our Truck Loading and Unloading Process
1. Service Assessment
It all starts with a detailed review of the customer's needs.
We analyze the type of cargo, volume, weight, fragility of the objects, and environmental conditions (ramps, access points, stairs, etc.).
This assessment allows us to plan the number of operators, tools, and equipment needed to perform the job safely and efficiently.
2. Preparation of the Space and Equipment
Before starting, our staff prepares the work area to avoid risks or damage.
We use floor and wall protection, check access routes, and organize support tools, such as:
- Dollies and transport carts
- Tie-down straps
- Protective blankets
- Ramps and cargo straps
- Gloves and safety equipment
With everything ready, we begin the loading or unloading operation in accordance with our EC MOVE safety standards.
3. Truck Loading
During loading, we apply weight distribution and smart stacking techniques, ensuring that items are arranged in a stable manner to prevent movement during transport.
Each piece is strategically placed according to its size, strength, and final destination, using blankets or protectors when necessary.
The result is a compact, balanced, and secure load, ready for transport.
4. Truck Unloading
During unloading, our staff coordinates the unloading in an orderly manner, prioritizing the largest or most fragile items to prevent damage.
Each item is carefully transported to the designated area, using equipment appropriate for its weight and volume.
If requested by the customer, we also offer basic arrangement of the unloaded items in the destination space.
5. Final Verification
Upon completion, we conduct a visual inspection with the customer to confirm that all items were loaded or unloaded in perfect condition.
